From your very first inquiry to the day you welcome your puppy home—and for years afterward—we are committed to supporting you every step of the way. We prioritize clear, open, and timely communication with all of our clients, ensuring you feel informed, included, and confident throughout the process.

While you wait for your puppy, we share weekly email updates featuring milestones, photos, and helpful guidance to prepare you and your family for this exciting transition. Our goal is to make the experience both enjoyable and educational as you get ready to bring your new companion home.

We typically begin accepting deposits once we breed for a litter. At that time, our selection list is opened to our interest list and then to the public through our website and social media channels. Placement order is determined by the date we receive both a deposit and signed contract.

When the puppies are between six and seven weeks old, we invite clients to visit our home to meet the litter and select their puppy. Families choose in order of their placement on the list—the first family has first choice of the entire litter, followed by the next family selecting from the remaining puppies, and so on. Because we do not require clients to specify a gender until they have met the entire litter, we cannot guarantee that a specific gender will be available at the time of selection.

When you welcome a puppy from Front Range Doodles, you can do so with confidence knowing we are committed to providing a healthy, well-prepared companion and ongoing support. Each of our puppies comes with the following:

  1. A healthy puppy, examined and cleared by a licensed veterinarian at the time of placement

  2. A two-year written genetic health guarantee

  3. Microchipping for identification and safety

  4. Age-appropriate vaccinations

  5. Routine deworming

  6. AKC pedigree of both parents (when applicable), along with the parents’ hip and eye genetic records, provided upon proof of spay/neuter

  7. Early doggie door training to establish a strong foundation for house training

  8. A “Puppy Survival Kit,” which includes a blanket and toy with the scent of mom and littermates to ease the transition, a starter supply of puppy food, earplugs for your first nights with the puppy, and a folder containing all important documentation (vaccination and deworming records, microchip information, bill of sale, and health guarantee)

  9. Ongoing guidance and support throughout your dog’s life

Our puppies are ready to go to their forever homes at eight weeks of age, which we believe is the optimal time for a successful transition. We ask that families are prepared to welcome their puppy at that time, as we do not offer boarding and are unable to hold puppies beyond the weekend they reach eight weeks of age.
